Statue of Liberty at City Beach

When you visit Sandpoint and go to City Beach, you wouldn’t expect to see the Statue of Liberty. But that’s exactly what you will find. Though, of course, it’s a little smaller than the original, there stands Lady Liberty at the end of a concrete pier.

The statue was donated in July 2003 in memory of Louise (Lee) Turner.
